ALDI is my preferred grocery store. This chocolate is my favorite chocolate. It's some of the best chocolate I've had, and is the best tasting chocolate available at the grocery store in my opinion. AND IT'S ETHICAL. They use Tony's Open Chain. Warning: not all Choceur chocolate is as ethical, but Aldi has entered a partnership with TONY'S for the "Choco Changer" line. Choosing to purchase the Choco Changer bars (instead of my current favorite, Choceur Salted Pretzel) will hopefully show ALDI that their customers DO want to shop ethically, and encourage them to grow this line of products and fight to improve the working conditions of those people (including children) who currently produce the less ethical Choceur products. HOPEFULLY, they aren't just using this as a marketing tactic to make people think that ALL of their chocolate is ethically sourced and produced. Rachael at Aldi Reviewer has some good info.
